This is a vintage ceramic coffee / tea mug or cup made by Otagiri in Japan for Gibson Greeting Cards, one of several cat themed items I have listed.
It shows three striped yellow tabby cats against a blue background.
The bottom is marked as shown.
It's in very good condition without any chips, cracks, crazing or staining.
It measures about 3-3/4" tall and 3-1/2" in diameter.
