    Description

    Here is a colorful Puerto Rican Vejigante carnival dance mask depicting a mythical creature with horns and a open mouth. It is made of paper mache and painted in blue, yellow and red. This would be considered a Mexican/Spanish  Wall Folk Art Mask.
    I found this at an Estate Sale where the lady had a huge collection of masks.
    It is signed on the inside with the initials are E.C.V and P. R., 1988. This is a Vintage and hard to find mask. Not big enough to wear but to hang on the wall.
    Size is approx. 10" x 21"  x 8".
