This is a Rare surviving toy necklace, still in the original bag.
This type of Necklace was found as a prize in a vending machine that you paid a dime or quarter...
These are on fragile and light weight metal chains, so most are no longer around,.
The fake candy bar is similar to the mini ones that came in an assorted bag you would put in a candy dish.
These are pretty neat, they are real wrappers over a tin foil covered piece of plastic and look real, not very durable, so selling as collectible only.
You are looking at this through the original sealed bag that came from a vendors box.
My best guess is that this is from 1970's.( Came from a small find of Dime Store Rings & Toys)
This is a unique item and please look at the different style items we have in our store.
These are from the original vendors pack and are mint (or at least as nice as they were from the factory, as they are not high quality, but very neat).
This one is new old stock, this is nice, not perfect, close, but always a chance of minor blemishes from factory, Not perfect, but then again, they were novelty toys and were never perfect..

should not be Given TO SMALL Children under any circumstances,
as SAFETY STANDARDS have changed....
Nice condition and never used, this is part of a huge collection of vintage dime store and Vending machine items that were stored in a box for years that came from a vendor that never sold them.
This is about ..1+ inch high.
I would think these are best for Display, as they are now collectors Items.
