Both the 6-inch and the 8-inch wrench feature a convenient one-handed design for quick and easy jaw capacity adjustments with smooth, precise movements. The advanced gear design that lets the jaws close smoothly around fasteners from 1/16-inch to 1-inch on the smaller 6-inch wrench and 1/16-inch to 1-1/8-inch on the larger 8-inch wrench and then hold them fast until pressure is released. To disengage the jaws, a quick-release button on the handle replaces the traditional thumb wheel adjustment screw and when pressed it springs the jaws open to their maximum width.
