To conduct a return, please open a return request through eBay. You will then receive return instructions. Most returns are processed within 1 week from the day we get it back. You will receive an email confirmation when the return has been processed. Please note that during our peak season (September and October) your return may take a little longer to process. Any shipping charges (original and return shipping) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Your order had free shipping.
Your order is returned to use as undeliverable, returned to sender or refused.

You used or altered it in any way. All returned items are carefully inspected for wear and tear signs.
You opened a sealed package.
It became damaged after you tried it on.
Basically, if it is no longer in the EXACT same condition that it arrived to you, it will not be eligible for a refund.
