REVOX A-77 2 TRACK 3 3/4 AND 7 1/2 IPS REEL TO REEL DECK WITH ALUMINUM REEL. This one looks like it’s ready fir Restauration. Heavy starch Mark’s on the wood…all over the back, sides and top panel. Needs probably replacing. Front aluminum door, which folds open is flimsy on the hinges and has a deep scratch. The power cord looks brand new. The front face plate has the upper right corner missing.
All our reel to reel machines were purchased in an estate sale of a vintage recording studio with tons of reel to reel decks and other vintage electronics which we will be listing during the next weeks.
This unit was turned on and all four VU meters lit up. Not having any tapes, we moved the tension arm up and it looks like only the left reel is turning….and that's the extend of our testing. We will not guarantee any functionality beyond that, so we are selling all of the acquired equipment in an
AS-IS....for parts only....
fashion. Some of those decks may work flawlessly, some may need minor or major repairs and some may be good for parts. We will describe the units as good as we can, listing any blemishes or nicks and cracks as we come across them, because we are a 100% feedback seller. All sales are final and there is no return as it has always been since we started selling on e-bay back in 1998.
Shipping: Reel to Reel units are heavy….real heavy. Some of them go up to 50/60pds. Since shipping companies are now raping customers (gasoline goes up 5 cents and their prices increase a Dollar per pound), please be aware of high costs according to where you are. All our units ship from Arizona.
