    REALISTIC 999 Reel-to-Reel Tape Deck
    Here is a
    Vintage REALISTIC 999 3-Head 3-Speed Reel-to-Reel Tape Deck
    .
    This is in Good Condition cosmetically and shows normal signs of age and/or
    use. There are no obvious signs of damage or misuse but unfortunately, this
    does not
    play. We could not get any response using Play or FF but we did get
    a response when using REV. The reel did spin for a short time but eventually
    stopped. There was an odd sound, as if something were slipping but there
    were no odd smells, etc. We did try it a couple of times and it responded
    the same way (in REV) …. Ran briefly and then stopped running. We
    are offering this for
    PARTS, REPAIR or RESTORATION
