Reel to reel has been tested and is in working condition. Pinch rollers are in good shape and it comes with the reels and hubs. It's a very nice unit but has a couple of minor issues, a slight nick on the top (last pic) and it's missing 1 out of the four feet on the bottom (see 2nd to last pic).
