Pioneer RT-707 Reel to Reel Tape Deck - Needs TLC - Plays Fine with Reels!

Description

Up for auction is a Pioneer RT-707 in fair condition. This includes the player and the two Pioneer reels as shown in the photos.
Here's what I can tell you:
The Good:
-Playback functions (audio, meters) are all good
-New traction tire
-FF works great
-RR works well (but supply brake needs cleaning / adjustment)
-Pause works
-Heads sound good
-Front faceplate is mostly good
-Lights on meters work
The Bad:
-Oxidation on case
-Scratches throughout
-Record does not seem to work
-Tape counter does not work
This would be a nice player deck or a rehab project for someone with the skills.
The deck is securely packaged in a shipping container to make sure it arrives safely via FedEx. Full insurance is included in the shipping price.
