Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may find minor distinctions that make your buys special and truly one-of-a-kind.
Shipping Policy
You pay the actual shipping costs.  No additional costs are added to your shipping.  Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the distance it has to travel from our store.  If multiply items are purchased separately, we will do our best to combine shipping and issue a shipping refund back to you. Requests for specific shipping additions ( i.e. next day, three day air, signature required) can be accommodated for an additional charge to the customer.  We normally ship via UPS, USPS or FedEx.  Due to the changing prices of the shipping costs we may occasionally change the shipping carrier other than that stated in the listing.  There is no signature required unless specified.
Shipping Damage
Any items received damaged due to shipping will be replaced or refunded. Please send pictures and keep box with all shipping materials.  Be sure to contact me within 24 hours.
