    Description

    This greenstone axe is well made and shows ancient use. Stone is very hard, steel doesn't mark it, as is typical of jade but I am not an expert on stones. Shape and finish suggests it may have been a ceremonial item at one point but that is a conjecture. It is a nice artifact and very collectible.
