Magnecord PT-6J, Tube Preamp, Guitar Amp, Ampex 350 style, Triad Transformer! Magnacorder Model PT-6J preamp and tube amplifier, originally designed to accompany a tape drive.  This comes with complete case,   tubes,  triad transformer etc. Please see photos.  It is missing one tube.
