    Description

    Classic Mexican dance mask, prob. dates to the 1970's or earlier.  This mask was in a artist/friend collection who purchased it from a mutual friend of ours.... who spent time in Mexico, had an import business etc.  This came directly from him.    I'm guessing this is a "Lion" mask or other fanciful creature.   Approx. 16" long by 10" wide by 7" deep.  Please see condition report, I show one photo where the maker went too far with a saw cut, also missing 3 teeth.   Will only mail to address in USA.  Please see other great folk art from Mexico and Guatemala in my current auction/shop.
