    Description

    Large, Folk Mask made of wood with shell of Armadillo. ..from Mexico.  This is a hauntingly intense Mask which I bought in a Folk Art Gallery in Oaxaca, Mexico in 1971.  It measures : Top to Bottom: 15"; 8" Wide, 5" Deep.  Frontal view has glint in the eyes from a bit of foil I placed behind them...adds a bit of Drama,  nothing attached to mask.
