  • Condition: This grinder is an old item that was used. One wing of the front wing nut is broke off and missing. One of the protrusions, for clamping it to the table or other work surface, is broke off and missing. I doubt if the bolt that holds on the crank is original. At the end of the crank, is a wooden knob; the original paint is very worn or faded. Everything that is supposed to move; moves the way it is supposed to. Please, carefully examine the pictures.

    Description

    For your consideration is a cast iron meat grinder that is marked with embossed writing.  On one side, the writing reads:  KK        22        E.C. SIMMONS    KEEN        KUTTER         U. S. A.  On the other side, the embossed writing reads:  PAT.        MAY 29 06.        E.C. SIMMONS        KEEN        KUTTER         U. S. A.  From the table to the opening is 5 5/8".   This grinder is an old item that was used.  One wing of the front wing nut is broke off and missing.  One of the protrusions, for clamping it to the table or other work surface, is broke off and missing.  I doubt if the bolt that holds on the crank is original.  At the end of the crank, is a wooden knob; the original paint is very worn or faded.  Everything that is supposed to move; moves the way it is supposed to.  Please, carefully examine the pictures, as the pictures are part of the description.  Local pickup is encouraged.  Local pickup is free.  Whenever it is practical, I will combine shipping.  For my bookkeeping, it is lot DGW 968.
