    collar, and 3 attached straps that Velcro closed. There are 3 silver plastic buckles that slide on to the straps.
    The front is accented with a silver binding.
    It has large sleeve cuffs, accented with faux silver plastic "buttons".
    One size standard measures up to a 46" chest.
