About Us
Collector's Paradise is a small chain of 2 Comic Book / Collectibles stores, located in Greater Los Angeles area.
First opened in 1994, we have grown and changed over the years to become a leader in the Los Angeles area comic book community.
We are known for our amazing customer service, innovation in how we approach our business, and our amazing events with Creators of all types of collectibles. We now operate two stores, one in San Fernando Valley (Winnetka) and a 2nd one in Pasadena.
We have been on E-bay since the 90s and have developed a fantastic customer base that trust us for quickest shipping, best packaged, truthful in description products, and our customer service in the situations where something goes wrong.
Our feedback speaks volumes, but we are always eager to prove to a customer that we truly care about delivering the products and customer service we are known for.
Shipping
All items are shipped within 24 hours of sale, during business hours, Mon-Fri. Most items will ship same day, as long as the post office is open and we are able to ship.
If you are purchasing multiple items and would like us to combine shipping, please ask us for an invoice before paying for your items. We will gladly give you an exact shipping quote based on the combined size and weight of the items you purchase. If you forget to do that, know that we will voluntarily give you a shipping refund for the difference, without you asking us for it.
We package all items in a clean, dedicated packing area, with professional packaging, to highest specifications. Our fantastic feedback speaks for itself. We have gotten thousands of compliments, specifically for our quality of packaging. That does not mean that an error can not happen. If/when it does, we pride ourselves on our ability to fix the situation. Please contact us if there is any issue with your order, and give us a chance to make things good.
Payment
Paypal by Ebay is our preferred and only accepted method of payment.
You can pay directly after purchasing an item, or by purchasing several items and asking us for an invoice, to combine shipping. We will always combine shipping to the actual shipping amount, not an inflated number.
Returns
It is our highest goal and best intention to provide exemplary customer service. Open and honest two-way communication is the key. If you feel that you cannot leave 5 star feedback for any reason, please contact us so we may resolve the situation prior to feedback being left.
If you received the item that is not the right item, OR it is not in the condition stated in our listing, please let us fix the situation, either by replacing the item, or issuing a partial or full refund on the item. We do not make a single rule for this situation, on purpose, because every refund/return situation is different, every customer's needs are different, and we would like the opportunity to make it right, even if this is a situation out of our control.
