    Important Customer Information
If you are making more than one purchase (yeah) I will be happy to combine shipping whenever I can.  Please email me before you pay so I can send you a revised, combined invoice with the discounted rate.
In order to give you the best shipping price available, I will usually offer two methods of delivery, this way you can calculate the best price for your location and the delivery time that you want, which is something that I can not do.  Please remember to make a note of the time frame for delivery so you will know when to expect your package.
Most of my items are vintage, which means they are at least twenty years old and most are much older.  Most of them have been used and have varying degrees of wear and tear.  I do describe the condition to the best of my ability for everything that I sell.  I include any flaws or issues.  If you want or need more information, or have a question, just email me and I will answer within twenty four hours or less.
I leave feedback for my customers when I print the packing slip and label.  I feel that if you bought and payed for the item, that's all I need to give feedback.  I realize, it takes much more than this to expect positive feedback from customers.  Fast shipping, great packaging, friendly communication.  Was the item as described, are you happy with the purchase.  If there are any problems or issues with your purchase, I sure would like a chance to address them with you.  I am not perfect, not even close, but I still try.  I want my customers to enjoy the whole shopping experience, it's supposed to be fun, if it's not, then I need to know via email, as soon as you are able to sit down and write it.  Anything can be solved, or resolved.
I accept returns for up to thirty days for "not as described" or damaged.  If there is a problem, generally you will know right away.  If it is damaged or broken, please take some photographs and send them along with your email.  Please wait for my reply before shipping item back to me.  When you do ship the return item back to me I ask that you ship the package within five business days of return agreement, in the same package and by the same delivery method as I used to ship to you.  Also remember to email me with the tracking number.  I understand that stuff happens and time can get away from us, so if there is a problem with sending the package in the specified time frame please let me know and we can work it out.  When I receive the returned item I will carefully inspect for condition and if I conclude that the item is in the same condition as when I initially shipped , I will refund the cost of the item and the initial shipping cost via pay pal within forty eight hours.
Thank you all, in advance for being great customers.  I appreciate your business.
