AMPEX TUBE REEL TO REEL.
This is sold for parts or repair .
This was brought up with a variac for safety.
At least 4 Telefunken tubes.
Originally it played but because the belts are old it will only forward and rewind now.
I played a tape on it and it sounded really good with that warm tube sound.
This deck is built like a tank.
Comes with original AC cord.
The reels are not included they are just in the picture for demonstration that the motor goes forward and backwards.
It originally came from a consul so it’s spent at 60 years inside a cabinet.

This is 60 years old and should be gone through.
