We has no control over import charges and does not have responsibility for the package meeting local customs taxes.
When ordering from our store, you are considered the importer and must responsible for the import tax or any additional charges.
Shipment
We ship within 8~15 working days of receiving payment. Most likely the standard shipping will take 7~12 business days to United States, and 3~5 weeks to other countries in normal condition. If you need the express shipping, such as the FEDEX, DHL, which could arrive at you within 3~6 days, please feel free to contact with us.
We will email you with tracking information once we have shipped your package. Any additional items purchased to receive discount must be shipped with your first item purchased.
Return Policy
We accept full refund when the product has quality problems or any unexpected mistakes. However the bidders are requested to send the product back to our office.
